WHAT TO EXPECT
Hadleigh Movers, held at Hadleigh Baptist Church, aims to provide the invaluable trio of movement, dance and a cup of tea for people over 55. The sessions hope to make dance and movement more accessible by pairing the activity with the chance to meet new people in a friendly and relaxed environment. We’ve been following government guidance and have COVID secure measures in place to make sure our sessions can happen in a safe and socially distanced environment. By encouraging more people to enjoy dance as a sociable activity, Hadleigh Movers means the opportunity to get moving in an informal way, and to have fun whilst doing so.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
Hadleigh Movers will run as a weekly session for both men and women over 55. The sessions are designed to boost mental and physical health, include a chance to socialise and connect with others, but most importantly to have fun. Sessions will be led by experienced dance artists and are suitable for all levels of mobility and no dance experience is necessary.
