You are invited to attend our DanceEast FaST digital dance classes!
FaST (Fundamentals and Skills Training) classes are fun and energetic sessions designed to enhance your dance development. These invite-only classes aim to support and upskill young people with great potential in dance and are a fantastic opportunity to experience a taste of the DanceEast CAT training. Guided by CAT tutors, these exclusive classes will focus on contemporary and ballet dance technique, as well as creative dance and choreography.
These weekly digital dance classes will run for ten weeks during Autumn Term on Monday evenings, 5-6pm. The classes are free to attend and will take place via Zoom, with participants attending the classes from home. Please be aware that you do need to book your space for the term in advance.
