You are invited to attend our DanceEast FaST digital dance classes!
FaST (Fundamentals and Skills Training) classes are fun and energetic sessions designed to enhance your dance development. These invite-only classes aim to support and upskill young people aged 10-16 years with great potential in dance and are a fantastic opportunity to experience a taste of the DanceEast CAT training.
Guided by CAT tutors, these exclusive classes will focus on contemporary and ballet dance technique, as well as creative dance and choreography.
These weekly digital dance classes will run during the Spring Term. The classes are free to attend and will take place via Zoom, with participants attending the classes from home. Please be aware that you do need to book your space in advance.

Classes
There will be two seperate FaST Classes taking place, one on Monday evenings and one on Saturday mornings.
Participants will choose to attend one of the classes, either:
- Mondays, 5pm-6pm
- Saturdays, 11am-12pm

Saturday 16 January – Saturday 27 March 2021
No session on Saturday 20 February for half term
