LONE TWIN
Who’s that hiding around the corner? What’s that moving in the trees? Did you just see what I saw? Take a magical adventure with Lone Twin this SPILL Festival.
Inspired by the imagination of young people, Beastie is an innovative participatory experience for children aged 6-10 years.
The Beastie project is a special experience for children only, so parents will need to drop of their child at DanceEast (the starting location) and then pick them up 90 minutes later. The kids share a jaw-dropping secret and take charge as they create their own stories and explore their surroundings hand-in-hand with a very special new friend. The result is a playful, active and engaging experience for small groups of 12 children, accompanied by chaperones at all times.
The Beastie outings will involve the children going outside so please provide appropiate clothing and dress for the weather!
Tickets available by telephone on 01473 295900 or online at spillfestival.com
Directed by Gregg Whelan and Gary Winters, Lone Twin are acclaimed for making an ever diverse range of intimate, hopeful and entertaining projects. Beastie combines this extensive theatrical experience with Gregg and Gary’s work writing for children’s television.
On Saturday 29 October there will be an opportunity for all of the Beastie participants to meet Beastie with their families and friends. Further information about the Parade will be provided at the end of the Beastie outing that your child takes part in.
Presented by SPILL Festival of Performance, in partnership with DanceEast.
