"Hi, I’m Jade, I have been a part of DanceEast’s Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) programme for the past 3 years. CAT have helped me not only progress as a performer but as an individual as well. I have recently had the opportunity to take part in U.Dance, where I performed in a piece that was choreographed by Joss Arnott. DanceEast have been a major part of my life and have supported me through so many obstacles that have come my way, such as injuries, by making sure that my health was top priority and ensuring that I made a fast recovery."
