Moving Together

Moving Together is an intergenerational project in Stowmarket where DanceEast are working with Cedrus House Care Home, Freeman Community Primary School, and the Home-Start group at Red Gables.

The project aims to support a healthy lifestyle and promote being part of a strong and healthy community, bringing generations together to take part in physical, creative and social activity.
