DanceEast is looking forward to sharing and supporting the 18th edition of Festival Quartiers Danses.
As the only festival entirely dedicated to dance in Montreal, the Festival Quartiers Danses aims to make contemporary dance, in all its forms, accessible and available to all audiences.
The Festival Quartiers Danses offers a new programme this year, available free of charge and streamed on their website.
Festival Quartiers Danses features:
- Sixteen short dance films and world premieres produced by the Festival Quartiers Danses and directed by Montreal artists
- Sixteen interviews with these choreographers and filmmakers
- A photography exhibition
- A round table on racism and diversity in the dance sector
- 10 short films about dance
