The workshop will be based on two hours of Alston’s movement with experienced animateur and professional dancer, Meg Saunders. Meg will take the class through a short warm up and then teach a section from Alston’s Illuminations with music by Benjamin Britten. There will also be a chance to create your own movement based on the repertoire.
